Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Portland, Oregon, SIV Impact brings together experience in sustainability, supply chains, science, and project delivery.
We work with companies and local partners to design, implement, and monitor projects across water stewardship, biodiversity restoration and regenerative cotton.

Founder & CEO
Neeraj held sustainability, sourcing and manufacturing leadership roles at Nike, including Global Director, Responsiveness & Strategic Sourcing for Jordan Brand. His sustainability remit spanned eight countries and 125+ factories. At SIV, he brings enterprise discipline, technical partnerships and government relationships together to turn water and nature commitments into practical, cost-conscious projects.
Chief Sustainability Officer
A former Vice President of Sustainable Manufacturing & Sourcing at Nike, Sharla helped connect environmental and social responsibility with global factory operations. At SIV, she shapes sustainability strategy and project priorities, applying experience in water, energy, waste and responsible production to help clients put their environmental commitments into practice.
Head of Strategy
Angie brings 18+ years in strategy, operations and innovation, including roles at Nike and Management Sciences for Health. Her experience connects business planning, sustainability and global health. At SIV, she turns complex ambitions into clear priorities, delivery plans and partnerships, helping teams align resources and move from strategy to implementation.
Project Director, India
Snigdha’s experience with H&M, IKEA and Nike spans responsible sourcing, human rights and environmental compliance. She has conducted 800+ social, environmental, health and safety audits. At SIV, she leads India project delivery, applying that rigor to partner coordination, community needs and responsible implementation.
Head of Operations, India
Nisha brings 23+ years in environmental management, with experience at The Nature Conservancy and India’s environment ministry, where she helped develop India’s 2015 climate commitments. Founder of Verdure Environmental Foundation, she oversees ADB-supported lake restoration for Greater Chennai Corporation. At SIV, she connects science, government and community priorities to deliver water and biodiversity projects.
Technical Head, Water Policy
As Executive Director of CEMCOT, Emmanuel brings practical experience in industrial effluent treatment, water recovery and zero liquid discharge. At SIV, he connects this technical depth with water policy and government coordination, helping shape feasible reuse projects that account for treatment requirements, regulation and long-term operations.
Head of Finance
Nathan combines engineering and project-management experience from 19 years at Intel with finance work for startup businesses. At SIV, he guides financial planning and resource decisions, bringing cost discipline and clear financial oversight to water and nature projects so that delivery ambitions are supported by sound budgets.
Communications & Impact Manager
Ana holds a journalism degree from the University of Oregon and is pursuing an M.S. in Sustainability Management at Columbia University. At SIV, she turns project updates, field stories and technical findings into clear communications, helping partners and communities understand progress and the evidence behind environmental impact claims.

Senior Vice President, Sustainability · lululemon
During nearly 25 years at Nike, including as Chief Sustainability Officer, Noel helped establish global sustainability commitments and science-based targets. Now leading sustainability at lululemon, he brings SIV an advisor’s perspective on scaling environmental programs, navigating global supply chains and connecting sustainability goals with business decisions.
