 Neeraj Narayan

  • Sharla Settlemier brings over 27 years of experience in the footwear and apparel industry, with a focus on sustainability innovation and corporate responsibility.

    At Nike, Sharla led global teams to integrate sustainability into manufacturing operations, achieving industry-leading targets in energy, waste, water, and human resource management.

    Sharla’s expertise in manufacturing innovation and excellence, coupled with her leadership in sustainability, ensures that SIV Impact can provide robust leadership and direction for complex compliance projects.

  • A seasoned operations and strategic planning leader with over 14 years of experience in sustainability, innovation, and global operations.

    At Nike, Inc., she led critical initiatives to achieve the company's 2030 carbon goals, fostered cross-functional collaboration among senior leaders, and developed strategies for the Jordan Brand and global footwear sourcing and manufacturing. Her expertise extends to managing large-scale operations, driving business continuity during crises, and spearheading innovation strategies.

    Previously, at Management Sciences for Health, Angie secured a $32M contract for post-Ebola health system strengthening and influenced policy changes in multiple countries. Angie's career is marked by her ability to deliver transformative results through sustainable innovation and operational excellence.

Snigdha Pramanik

  • Snigdha leads SIV Impact’s projects in India, bringing over 16 years of experience in ethical supply chains, human rights, and sustainability leadership. She has conducted over 800 social compliance audits and driven “beyond compliance” programs to embed human rights and environmental stewardship across global supply chains. Snigdha has held key sustainability roles at H&M, IKEA, and Nike, where she led initiatives in circularity, community engagement, and responsible sourcing across South Asia. At SIV Impact, she is passionate about building community-centered, measurable sustainability projects that align with brand goals while improving lives and restoring ecosystems across India.

  • Dr. Nisha Priya Mani is an environmentalist with over 23 years of experience in environmental management, climate change adaptation and mitigation, and sustainable urban development. She holds both a postgraduate degree and a doctorate in Environmental Science from the Centre for Environmental Studies, Anna University, with a specialization in green chemistry and pollution treatment.

    Dr. Nisha specializes in environmental impact assessment, climate resilience, and nature-based solutions, with her work positioned at the intersection of science, policy, and practice. She has contributed extensively to projects focused on ecological restoration, urban water management, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable infrastructure planning.

    During her tenure with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, she contributed to the development of India’s first Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) submitted to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change ahead of Paris Agreement and COP21 in 2015.

    Her experience with The Nature Conservancy- India, further strengthened her commitment to environmental conservation and community-centred ecological restoration that benefits both people and biodiversity.

    Dr. Nisha is the founder of Verdure Environmental Foundation -  an environmental NGO,  dedicated to developing sustainable environmental management solutions that support local livelihoods and promote equitable access to a healthy environment across communities.                Her vision is to advance solutions that contribute to both carbon neutrality and water positivity.

    In addition to leading the NGO, she serves in advisory roles for several environmental initiatives and works as a consultant for the Greater Chennai Corporation, overseeing lake restoration projects supported by the Asian Development Bank.

Dr. Nisha Priya Mani

  • Nathan worked at Intel for 19 years at Intel. He began as a process engineer making semiconductors.  While an engineer at Intel, he earned an MBA from Babson college and then took a role as an IT Project Manager in the finance space.

    Nathan then became a business financial consultant working with multiple startup companies. He also works with high net worth individuals as a personal financial advisor.

  • Sakri leads SIV Impact’s projects in Indonesia, bringing over 25 years of experience in sustainable manufacturing, supply chain operations, and risk management. Previously, he led Nike’s sustainability programs across Indonesia and Malaysia, driving environmental stewardship and compliance across 55+ factories. Sakri is passionate about implementing community-centered sustainability solutions that align with brand goals, ensuring projects in water, regenerative agriculture, and biodiversity deliver measurable, lasting impact across Indonesia.
